We want everyone in our schools, homes and workplaces to be free from crime and threatening behavior. That is the mission of this new magazine. Michigan Most Wanted will serve as a source for our State’s citizens to learn the latest news and views of our Law Enforcement and Public Safety experts at all levels -- Federal, State, County, and Local. Specialized public safety messages will also be featured. In addition, every edition will carry updated “be on the lookout” stories to warn the citizenry of law enforcement officials’ efforts to apprehend fugitives throughout the State. (EDITOR’S NOTE: If you see a posted fugitive or see a crime in action, do NOT attempt to intervene… call your appropriate law enforcement agency to send in trained personnel.)
By working with law enforcement resources, Michigan Most Wanted will serve as a community bulletin board for public safety. Much of the information MMW will present is public information. But this information is not currently gathered and presented in a format easy for Michigan citizens to access. Every attempt will be made by the MMW staff to provide the latest, up-to-the minute news on the State’s law enforcement activities.
Additionally, Special Editions/Sections will focus on particularly time-sensitive topics.
Like all magazines, MMW is able to provide this valuable service because of its support by the advertisers represented in our publication. These reputable Michigan businesses, professional services and general retail community leaders have signed on to share MMW’s goal of safer neighborhoods throughout Michigan. (Please tell them you saw their ad here -- it reinforces our mutual mission.) In the weeks to come, MMW hopes to earn your regular readership because it will provide the most current, accurate news (and views) about Public Safety and Law Enforcement in Michigan. Your input is welcome: please write us at: Michigan Most Wanted, 38530 S.Groesbeck, Clinton Township, MI 48036 or email us.
